EMPULSE is the brainchild of Reed McGowan.... songs written by Reed, with the collaborative efforts of co-producers Matt Moss, Finbarr Massi, Warren Rigg, Richard Morel, Quentin Harris and more. The project is a unique blend of dance genres and an aural snapshot of pop culture & politics. The subject matter is a brutal and cathartic epiteph of modern life, an electronic slam on society.
